HOW CAN YOU HELP - GLAD YOU ASKED!
We have plenty of ways you can help out listed here. Please take a look at the lists of remaining jobs. Thank you to those who have already signed up and volunteered in a wide variety of jobs.
Sign up when and where you can. Our chapter is responsible for all aspects of the hosting process. Every chapter in CISV takes turns hosting programs. Without everyone's help, there would be no programs for the youth to attend. It takes all of us to keep CISV moving forward.
DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM
Step Up encourages young people to take an active role in planning and organizing activities. The participants and their adult leaders use CISV's educational content to guide the theme of the camp around which they plan activities, such as identity, democracy, or environmental protection.
Young people learn when given the chance to lead. Step Up camps encourages youth to take responsibility for planning and organizing educational activities, helping them to develop their problem-solving and leadership skills and confidence. Step Up encourages participants to see how they can use what they have learned to make an impact once they return home. Just as importantly, they make friends and gain a wider appreciation of life in different countries.
PLEASE SAVE THE DATE
